Over the past two decades, Josh C. Grimes has helped thousands of Texans with competent, aggressive, legal representation. Josh advises and represents citizens that have been injured through the negligence of others, those facing divorce or child support modification issues, to those charged with a crime. Additionally, with multiple trial victories, hundreds of contested depositions, mediations, and settled cases, Josh has handled over a thousand criminal cases from misdemeanors, felonies, and federal cases. Josh is a former office head of Texas’ largest criminal law firm. Josh is also a former head of a probate department of one of Texas’ biggest personal injury law firms with over 10,000 clients nationwide. Josh offers clients a wealth of contested civil litigation experience to guide them to a desired resolution. Josh also counsels clients with probate litigation issues. Josh represents people who need help and needs it quickly.
